Obituaries
A death is always difficult, but remembering a loved one shouldn’t be. Our Tributes are obituaries composed by professional writers after conversations with those close to the deceased. We speak to family members, friends and colleagues and look at any documents you care to provide us with. Interviews generally last 30 minutes to an hour. We weave a colorful and poignant piece of writing that can be read at a funeral, printed in a newspaper, posted on a website or saved forever in a frame. Our award-winning writers have worked in magazines and newspapers. We believe that every life should be remembered and understand that the printed word lasts forever. We have written obituaries for community leaders, local artists, world-renowned scholars, and people young and old who died before their time (See sample tributes).
